A graduate of the Slade School of Fine Art in London, Oliner emerged in the mid-20th century as part of a wave of women artists carving out space in a traditionally male-dominated art world. Oliner’s etchings are particularly admired for their lyrical line work and nuanced emotional tone. She has exhibited widely in the UK and abroad, with works held in private and public collections.
